Why there is no single universal price
The term “MT5 white label” can describe different commercial packages. Price depends on what is included, who provides each component and how complex the operational stack is.
Platform and commercial arrangement
The platform-related cost is only one line item. Commercial terms can differ by provider arrangement, scope and support model.
CRM, client area and onboarding
CRM functionality, client portal, KYC workflow and account automation can materially change total project cost because they define much of the operational experience.
Integrations and infrastructure
Payments, liquidity connectivity, bridges, analytics, communications, hosting and monitoring all add implementation and ongoing operational cost.
Budget around scope, not a headline price
A useful quote should map each cost to a defined responsibility. Compare proposals using the same scope so that a cheaper package is not simply missing critical components.
Compare scopes before comparing totals
Request a proposal that separates initial work from recurring operations. A platform arrangement may exclude client-area configuration, data migration or an external connector. List each dependency once, identify its supplier and record whether it is included, optional or quoted separately.
| Workstream | Initial scope | Recurring question |
|---|---|---|
| Platform | Branding, access configuration and test accounts. | What commercial and operational services are included? |
| CRM and portal | Workflow configuration and user roles. | How are ongoing changes and support handled? |
| Integrations | Connector setup, credentials and testing. | Who supports connector updates or failures? |
| Infrastructure | Deployment, monitoring and recovery plan. | What capacity and backup arrangements are included? |
| Migration | Data mapping and cutover rehearsal. | Who reconciles records after the change? |
Compare proposals using the same instrument scope, client journey, expected capacity and support hours. Ask for a written change process so that additional requirements can be assessed before they affect the launch plan. Treat estimates as project-specific; this page does not publish a universal fee or a promised launch deadline.
Use the CRM integration checklist to identify connector work and the turnkey project sequence to map handover responsibilities.
