Start with the business and jurisdiction
Before selecting technology, define the entity, target clients, markets, products and the regulatory advice required for the intended activity.
Choose the trading platform
Evaluate MT4, MT5 or other platforms based on audience, product roadmap, commercial availability and integration requirements.
Design the client lifecycle
Map lead capture, registration, verification, account creation, funding, support and retention before choosing a CRM configuration.
Map external providers
Identify KYC, payments, liquidity, bridge, communications, analytics and hosting dependencies and decide who owns each vendor relationship.
Test operations before marketing
Run end-to-end UAT across normal and failure cases before acquisition campaigns begin. A successful login is not enough to prove the brokerage workflow is ready.
Create a launch gate for each workstream
A launch checklist works best when every task has an owner and a measurable completion condition. Keep the technology project aligned with the separate business and professional review workstreams. Do not interpret a completed platform installation as completion of the whole brokerage launch.
| Gate | Owner to name | Evidence to collect |
|---|---|---|
| Requirements | Project lead | Approved platform, regions, client journey and integration list. |
| Configuration | Platform and CRM teams | Test accounts, permissions and documented configuration. |
| Integrations | Connector owners | Successful requests, rejected requests and recovery checks. |
| Operations | Back-office lead | Reconciliation, escalation and access procedures. |
| Handover | Service owners | Runbook, support contacts and an agreed cutover plan. |
Rehearse onboarding, account creation, status updates and a failed external request before announcing a date. Record unresolved dependencies and decide who can approve the final transition. A smaller scope with clear ownership is easier to operate than an extensive feature list with incomplete handover.
Build the plan with the technology stack guide and the turnkey implementation sequence.
